Red Square International is a multilingual recruitment consultancy based in central London covering permanent and contract personnel in London, Eastern Europe, European countries and Dubai.

Red Square International’s objective was to have a modern corporate look and feel and a high-level of usability for their new website. They asked Site Media to redesign a website and develop an intuitive easy to use back-end to manage vacancies.

Website is easy to manage, salaries can be entered as per hour/day/week/month/annum and in 3 currencies: GBP, EUR and USD with start and end rate. And it’s also easy to use: three quick access buttons give you instant access to Upload CV, Register a Vacancy and Executive Search sections, Search Box is located on the top of each page and if you want to get in touch you can always look for the contacts at the bottom of the page or go to Contacts Section with full address, phone numbers and detailed map.

Employers have the ability to register their vacancy via the quick form. Featured vacancies are shown on the home page.

Candidates can search for a salary band, industry and location or just look through the list of vacancies starting with the most recent. Search results are sorted by Salary and Date (Ascending/Descending). Each vacancy has an apply button which sends candidate’s CV to appropriate HR manager (his e-mail is set in each vacancy).

Candidate can also save or share the vacancy in social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Delicious, Digg), send it to a friend or print it for further reference.

Satellite website RSI Search for executive vacancies was launched one month after the main website went live. It is covering executive roles in Emerging Markets field for top managers.
